Additional Rental Costs:
Damage Waiver.
Damage waiver is automatically applied to most equipment rentals. This protects you unexpected charges for accidental damage to our equipment The cost of our damage waiver is 13% of the base rental fee and is not optional unless a Certificate of insurance is provided before your rental.
Environmental Fee:
Our environmental fee is to safe-guard us from any liabilities we assume in regards to the nature of maintaining our equipment and/or facilities. The cost of the environmental fee is 2% of the base rental fee.
State Taxes:
We do have to collect a "Rental Tax" on each rental contract we write. The state of Maryland collects 6% of the base rental fee and the State of Delaware collects 2%
