Equipment Rental Policies
Rental period
Metered Items
Rates for rental items equipped with hour meters are based on 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and 160 hours per month. Additional usage will be charged accordingly.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change. Please call for most accurate and up to date pricing. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not. If you encounter any operational problems, call us immediately. No credits or adjustments will be made unless we are notified as soon as the problem is encountered.
Damage Waiver
A percentage of the rental rate will automatically be charged for damage waiver. Our damage waiver is 13%.
The Damage waiver covers accidental damage(s), it does not cover neglect or misuse.
Identification
A valid ID driver’s license or Identification is required for ALL rentals.
Weather Policy
Unfortunately, We cannot be held accountable for weather for On-Rental items nor reservation contracts.
This is the customer's responsibility to adjust for weather.
Delivery Policy
Delivery fees are generated based on each rental, we do not use a radius or zip code system to generate delivery costs. Our delivery pricing is based on specific distance, item quantities, item size and weight, Vehicle(s) required and notice of needed delivery.
Availability/Reservations
Items are rented on a first come first serve basis. Please call for item availability. Reservations are welcome and are the only way to guarantee equipment will be available on the day that you need it! Reservations are are to be paid upon item pick-up. Delivery reservations are to be secured with at least 50% down payment towards your rental at time of reservation and the remaining amount of your contracted rental must be paid on or before delivery. Deposits made on reservation contracts are non-refundable at any time prior to your scheduled rental. One date change is available within the 72 hour time period of you reservations. After your one allotted date change provision, you are committed to said equipment on that date, at that time.
Responsibility
Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from pick-up to return. All items should be secured during transport and protected from the weather. Additional charges will be assessed for replacements for missing or damaged items.
Calling items off rent
In the event that a special circumstance arises in which you must call an item off rent due to any other circumstances that are not pertaining to your rented equipment, you are still responsible for the contracted rental term you agreed to at the time of "rental out." If the need arise that you request pick-up of said equipment, pick-up will be based on availability of personnel and vehicles. You will be held responsible for the time period in which you call the unit(s) off rent until a truck and driver becomes available to pick-up equipment.
Fuel
Equipment is sent out full of fuel and should to be returned full. A fuel charge will be assessed on the return if not full.
Cleaning Fees
Equipment is sent out clean and is to be returned clean. A cleaning charge will be added if equipment is returned dirty.
Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
Rental period
- Minimum Rental - 4 hours, or 1 day depending on equipment
- Day Rate- 24 hours
- Week Rate- 7 consecutive days to the same time
- Month Rate- 4 consecutive weeks to the same time
