Do I have different options for how long I can rent items for?
Yes. All items have a minimum rental time, some are 4 Hour minimum, some are 24 hour minimum. We also offer 7 day weekly and 28 day monthly rates.
Do I have to refuel equipment before I return it?
Yes. Most all items are sent out full of fuel and must return full of fuel. If an item is returned with less than what It was sent out with, fuel charges will be implemented.
Do I have to clean items before I return them?
Yes. Most all items are sent out clean and are required to come back as clean or cleaner that they were sent out. If items are returned dirty, cleaning charges will be implemented.
Do I have to pay for damaged items or parts?
Yes & No. Each rental will have a 13% damage waiver added on to the base rental rate. This covers any accidental damage that may occur during you rental. This waiver also covers any wear parts on the equipment such as belts, bearings, blades etc. If misuse of equipment, lack of experience by the user or any other form of foul usage is suspected and/or determined to contribute towards damage, you will be liable for any damages plus shop labor. No damage that occurs during transport of items is covered by the damage waiver.
Can I pick up equipment myself?
Yes. Customers are welcomed to pick up equipment themselves, however, please make sure that your vehicle is properly rated and equipped to haul such equipment. Please also make sure that you bring the proper tie down restraints with you for transport of equipment. We will be happy to assist you with loading and unloading equipment into your vehicle, but please keep in mind, we are not liable by any damages that occur during loading, unloading or transport. Also keep in mind that some equipment may have grease, oil and other substances that may get your vehicle dirty, so please be ready to supply your own covering for your vehicle!
Can I get a delivery for tomorrow?
Yes, in most cases we are able to deliver equipment the next day. Please do keep in mind that early morning delivery times fill up quickly and may not be available. In some cases, if the equipment is available, and trucks are available, we can deliver the same day.
